Imagine you’re trying to relax at home on the hottest day ever. Even with the air conditioner on, you feel like everything’s turning to liquid.

Then, boom. The A/C goes out. Now you feel the house and yourself getting even squishier.

But there’s an upside to this sticky thought. You can get a service provider to your house and fix things faster than you ever thought possible. That’s because you planned ahead and got a NextEra Home service contract.

What’s so great about that? With a service contract by NextEra Home, you can go online, schedule a service call, and NextEra Home provides a one hour limited service call guarantee. If the authorized service provider fails to arrive within the hour, you will be entitled to a refund of your service call fee.  See limitations below* 

How can we provide a one-hour limited service call guarantee?

NextEra Home works with Homee, a service provider network of local, experienced technicians. Homee vets these techs for expertise in HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, and appliance repair. Our contract with Homee allows us to pass through the one-hour limited service call guarantee.

If you don’t think your home repair work was exceptional, we want you to reach out to NextEra Home customer service. You can contact us at 833-634-6634 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern time.

LEGAL:

*To be entitled to the refund of your service call fee, (1) you must initiate a request for service via telephone or via the online customer service portal between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm local time Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays and force majeure events) or via the Homee mobile application between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm local time Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays and force majeure events), and (2) you must request immediate service, and (3) NextEra Home must be able to provide an in-network service provider of Homee, and (4) the in-network service provider of Homee does not arrive at your home within one (1) hour of the acceptance of the service call.  Reimbursement of your service call deductible will be made within sixty (60) days by NextEra Home via a reasonable payment method of its choice.
